About Alerts Setup
Alerts provide proactive information to management when specific criteria is met in the system. This allows you to react quickly to overtime, low sales, or even high sales. Notification is accomplished through the use of email, pagers, cell phones, or the Insight Alerts Viewer window. This powerful feature provides the opportunity to deal with issues before they become troublesome, and to monitor specific areas of the restaurant that affect the bottom line.

Your access and rights to the Alert Setup wizard depend on your security settings, which are defined in User Setup within Aloha Insight.
To access the Alerts Setup wizard, log in to Aloha Insight. Expand Aloha Insight on the left side of the screen and select Alerts Setup.
