Before Reconciling Aloha Stored Value ACH Create your store groups in Aloha Insight before you begin reconciling Aloha Stored Value ACH. For more information on creating store groups, refer to Aloha Insight online Help. Use the following recommendations when creating your store groups: • Create and organize your store groups by common Merchant Account numbers. This only applies to customers using one Merchant Account number for more than one store. • Name the store group with the Merchant Account number. • Include all applicable stores. When you add a new store to a store group, you should rename your old store group with the date on which you are adding the new store. This enables you to run reports on the old store group to reconcile those stores without including data for the new store. For example, you have a store group called ‘123’ and this includes stores 100, 101, 102, and 103. You then add store 104 on 05/11/06. First, make a copy of the ‘123’ store group and rename it to 123051106. Next, add the new store to store group 123. When you reconcile store group 123 for days prior to 05/11/06, you run the reports for store group ‘123051106.’
