Creating Replication Groups

First, you organize your stores into logical groups. For example, assign all stores within the state of Texas to a replication group with the name “Texas Stores.” You can specify which gift cards to sell and redeem by the “Texas Stores” replication group using the Store Configuration wizard and the Gift Card Setup wizard.

We recommend you create replication groups before configuring your stores.

Refer to Working with Replication Groups Wizard for more detailed information on the Replication Group wizard.

To create a replication group:

1.	Expand System Setup.

2.	Select Site Setup.

3.	Select Add/Modify Replication Groups.

4.	Click Next.

5.	Click Add.

6.	Type a unique name for the replication group.

7.	Type an optional description for the replication group.

8.	Click Next.

9.	Use the arrows to move the stores you want to include in the replication group from the All Stores list box to the Stores in the Replication Group list box.

10.	Click Save.
