Retrieving Passwords
If you lose your password, you can retrieve the password. The following is an example of a password retrieval screen.
Editing a Profile
If you need to edit your profile information, you can select ‘Edit Profile’ to change an email address, change a current password, or change a security question.
Using MemberLink with an Aloha Loyalty Card
If you are a Loyalty cardholder, the first time you access MemberLink, the profile/bonus plan balance page contains your profile on one side and the bonus plan information on the other side. You can edit the profile information, such as name, address, email, and more. You cannot edit your birth date or anniversary date. The ‘Current Bonus Plan Balance’ section contains a description of the bonus plan, current balance, and the type of bonus plan. The following is an example of the MemberLink screen profile/balance page the first time you log in to MemberLink:
After editing and saving your profile, the next time you log in to MemberLink, the screen contains only balance information. If you need to edit your profile, select Edit Profile at the top of the screen.
