• Company Calendar — You define the start date your company went live with Aloha Insight, the sales week starting day, hours of operation, the time your stores run end-of-day, closed days for all stores, and fiscal periods for your company.
• Polling and System Admin — You configure if you would like to use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols to log in, password settings, such as minimum password lengths, current day polling, and exception polling or dates not to repoll a specific store.
• Sales Reporting Modules — You configure the settings for various enterprise financial and report functions for your company, including Sales Reporting, Drilldown Viewer, and Sales Projections.
• Sales Calculations — You configure the settings for important sales calculations, such as if net sales includes or excludes promotions and comps, check average method, per person average (PPA), and tip % threshold.
• Data Management Controls — You define the master store and category synchronization.
• Pulse Settings — You define the employees in your company that can access Pulse and the short names for your stores.
