You configure the export file in the Company Setup > Sales Reporting Modules > Payroll Export Settings screen and in the Site Setup > Store Setup > Advanced Settings tab, if needed. You can then schedule the export file to automatically generate and distribute to the recipient responsible for importing the file into your payroll program, or you can generate the file at will in the Reports Viewer. In addition to the export file, Aloha Insight provides you with additional reports that you can export to verify all data is in the export file.
