About Payroll Interface

Aloha Insight enables you to save time and resources by generating an export file containing time and attendance information that you import into your payroll processing information system. Currently Aloha Insight supports the following payroll processors:

By enabling Aloha Insight to generate your payroll export file, you gain the following benefits:

•	Consolidate time and attendance information from all of your stores, or a group of stores, into a single export file.

•	Automate the process of transferring data from your stores into your payroll program.

•	Access the export file at any time or anywhere using Aloha Insight.

•	Schedule the export file and automatically email it to any Aloha Insight user.

•	Modify the setup at any time.

You configure the export file in the Company Setup > Sales Reporting Modules > Payroll Export Settings screen and in the Site Setup > Store Setup > Advanced Settings tab, if needed. You can then schedule the export file to automatically generate and distribute to the recipient responsible for importing the file into your payroll program, or you can generate the file at will in the Reports Viewer. In addition to the export file, Aloha Insight provides you with additional reports that you can export to verify all data is in the export file.

Aloha Insight recognizes that payroll information is sensitive; therefore, you determine who has access to the payroll export file through Security Class Setup. Within Security Class Setup you define access rights to reports and the stores a user can access.
