Working with Current Day Polling

Current Day Polling enables you to view detailed data for a store. Selecting a store on the Current Day Polling screen initiates the Drilldown Viewer application, which is an interactive sales analysis tool that enables you to drill down into detailed data for the store.

Time Zone

— Indicates the time zone of your company. You select your company time zone in System Setup > Company Setup > Company Calendar tab > Default Time Zone.

Click Contact Us on the Current Day Polling screen to submit a request for Aloha Technologies to configure the polling frequency for your stores.

Most Sold Today

— Displays the store with the highest sales for the selected date.

If your company is not set up to view updates for the current day, data for the previous day of business displays.

Least Sold Today

— Indicates the store with the lowest sales for the selected date.

Store

— Lists all the stores you can access in your company.

Total Sales

— Shows total net sales per store, based on the last import date and time for the specific date of business.

Guest Count

— Shows the total guest count per store, based on the last import date and time for the specific date of business.

Last Polled

— Shows the date and time of the last successful poll (import) based on the time zone selected in System Setup > Company Setup > Company Calendar tab > Default Time Zone.

View Another Date

— Displays the date of sales you are viewing. Click to select another date to view. The sales data displays when data imports successfully.

Go Button

Click Go to display the sales data that corresponds to the date selected in the ‘View Another Date’ text box.

To view data for another date:

1.	Click the View Another Date calendar . The calendar appears with the system date as the default.

2.	Select the desired date from the calendar to automatically enter it in the View Another Date text box.

3.	Click Go. Data for the selected date displays on the Current Day Polling screen.

High Sales

— Uses green to designate the store with the highest sales. Stores with a green box display in the ‘Most Sold Today’ list.

Low Sales

— Uses red to designate the stores with the lowest sales. Stores with a red box display in the ‘Least Sold Today’ list.

View Details in Drilldown Viewer

Click View Details to run Drilldown Viewer, which displays data for all the stores you can access. For instructions on using Drilldown Viewer, refer to Working with Drilldown Viewer.

Current Day Polling Playback Controls

The playback controls on the right side of the screen enable you to control the speed of the scrolling sales ticker. Click the buttons to increase the speed forward or backwards, or stop the scrolling sales ticker.

1.	Touch Close Check. A confirmation message appears.

Touch OK.

3.	Touch Exit to display the floating logo.
