Using Reports Viewer The Reports Viewer screen is the Crystal Reports Viewer and it has two sections: the Preview section located on the left side of the screen, and the report section located on the right side of the screen. The Preview section displays the store(s), region(s), area(s), or store group(s) selected for viewing. Clicking a specific store, region, area, or store group takes you to the report section displaying the data with the name outlined in red. The horizontal and vertical scroll bars enable you to view a wider range of data. To size the screen sections, place the cursor over the frame that separates the two sections until it turns into a double arrow, and drag the section to the desired size.
