Working with Reports Viewer
Reports Viewer enables you to view, schedule, and print:
A blue asterisk next to a report denotes a custom report. You create custom reports in the Reports Builder wizard.
Reports with ‘AR’ appended to the name indicate the report is an Active Report. Active Reports enable you to view the report as a PDF, Excel, Rich Text Format, or a delimited file. Selecting a delimited file enables you to select either .csv or .txt as a file type.
Your security access determines the reports you can view and your ability to configure reports. The system checks your security class for report restrictions and determines the reporting categories you can access. Refer to the Security Class Setup wizard for more information.
