Adding and Editing a Region
Use the Add/Edit Region screen to enter the region ID and name.
Region ID
Displays the ID of the region.
Region Name
Displays the name of the region.
Adding a Region
Type a new unique ID for the region in the ‘Region ID’ text box. Type the new name for the region in the ‘Region Name’ text box. Click Save to continue to the Classes with Access to this Region screen.
Editing a Region
If you are editing the name of a region, the ‘Region ID’ text box is read only. Click Save to continue to the Classes with Access to this Region screen.
To edit a Region
1.
Select Add/Modify Regions on the Site Setup Welcome screen.
2.
Click Next.
3.
Select the region to modify from the Region Name list on the Welcome to Region Setup wizard screen.
4.
Type the name of the region.
5.
Click Save to display the Welcome to Region Setup screen.
To edit classes previously assigned to a region, access the Security Class Setup wizard.
To delete a Region:
1.
Select a region in the list box.
2.
Click Delete.
3.
Click OK at the prompt to permanently remove it from the system.
