Adding and Editing an Area Use the Add/Edit Area screen to enter the area ID and name. Area ID — Displays the ID of the area. Area Name — Identifies the area. Adding an Area Type a unique ID for the area in the ‘Area ID’ text box. Type the name for the area in the ‘Area Name’ text box. Click Save to continue to the Classes with Access to this Area screen. Editing an Area If you are editing the name of an area, the ‘Area ID’ text box is read only. Click Save to continue to the Classes with Access to this Area screen. To edit an Area: 1. Select ‘Add/Modify Areas’ on the Site Setup Welcome screen. 2. Click Next. 3. Select the area to modify from the Area Name list on the Welcome to Area Setup wizard screen. 4. Type the name of the area. 5. Click Save to display the Welcome to Area Setup screen. To edit classes previously assigned to an area, access the Security Class Setup wizard. To delete an Area: 1. Select an area in the list box. 2. Click Delete. 3. Click OK at the prompt to permanently remove it from the system
