About User Account Setup Overview

The User Account Setup wizard enables you to establish and edit the users that can access Aloha Insight. In the User Account Setup wizard you can:

•	Activate or inactivate user accounts

•	Establish account and password settings for users

•	Assign security classes to users

•	Assign home areas, regions, stores, and store groups to users

•	Create email addresses for users

If you are setting up Aloha Insight for the first time and plan on using security classes, Aloha Insight recommends that you create your security classes first. For more information on creating security classes, refer to Working with the Security Class Setup Wizard.

To access the User Account Setup wizard, log in to Aloha Insight and select System Setup > User Account Setup. Your access and rights to the functions you can perform in the User Account Setup wizard depend on your security class settings. Contact your system administrator for appropriate security access to User Account Setup wizard.
