Designing Your Page Once you establish the tab properties, use this section to configure how to group the data and name the page you are configuring. Dynamic Drilldown Viewer provides preconfigured groups by which you can display the information on the screen, based on the data set you select. For example, you can choose to group the ‘Sales and Labor’ data on the screen by: Area, Date, Day Part, Employee Job Code, Employee Name, Job Code, Region, Revenue Center, Store, or Store Group. Your selection in the ‘Group Data’ drop-down list determines the default columns that Aloha Insight uses and the data elements you can use in your columns. Designing your page: 1. Select the group data to appear on the page. Group Data — Indicates the type of data you are configuring for the current page. If you select ‘By Job Code,’ the first column on the page will be ‘Job Code’ and all subsequent data elements in the ‘Design Your Column’ section relate to job codes. 2. Type the name of the page. Page names must be unique per tab. Page Name — Specifies the name of the page. You can use the system generated name, which is based on page number, such as Page 1, Page 2, and Page 3, or type a unique name in the text box. When you save the page, the system validates the page name is unique for the tab you are editing. If you receive the ‘Page Name in Use’ message, you have typed a duplicate name in the ‘Page Name’ text box.
