Configuring Tab Properties
The Tab Properties section enables you to configure the type of data, date ranges, and stores to appear on the tab. The stores you select to appear on the tab return data for all subsequent pages you define on the tab.
Configuring the properties of a tab:

Select Aloha Insight > Dynamic Drilldown Viewer.

Locate an empty tab and right click to view additional menu options and select Edit Tab.
Or
Right click on the tab you want to edit and select Edit Tab.

Select the data set to use on the tab from the ‘Type of Data to Report on’ drop-down list.
Type of Data to Report on
Specifies the data set for which you want to drill down and view more detailed information. A data set contains similar data elements or data groupings used to build a tab in Dynamic Drilldown Viewer. Data elements are the individual values in the columns on the drilldown page, such as Item Count, Sales per Labor Dollar, or Refund Dollars. Group by levels are used to summarize rows on the page, such as Area, Store, Order Mode, and Hour. Refer to Selecting a Data Set for more information.
Select one of the following data sets:

Type a unique name for the tab.
Tab Name
Specifies the name of the tab. You can use the system generated name, or type a new name for the tab. Tab names can contain up to 25 alphanumeric and or special characters and must be unique to the panel.

Select a date range for the tab. The default is ‘Yesterday.’
Tab Date Range
Specifies the date range to use to determine the data that appears in the drilldown view. For example, select ‘Yesterday” to create a tab that pulls data for the date prior to the current date on which you are running the report. To use a range other than the default selection, click Change Date to select from the drop-down list.

Click Done to save your date selections for the tab.

Select the stores to appear on the tab.
Tab Store Selection
Specifies the area, region, store, or store group to appear on the tab. To use a store selection other than the default selection, click to change the stores that appear on the tab. Your security access level determines the selections available in this section.
My Home
Indicates you are selecting your home area, region, store, or store group as the reporting criteria for the tab.
Selected
Indicates you are selecting a specific area, region, store group, or store as the reporting criteria for the tab. Click Select to open a new window with the appropriate selection wizard. For example, if you select Area in the ‘Selected’ drop-down list, you must select the area on the Area Included in this Report screen. The ‘Selected’ drop-down list contains the following:
All Stores
Indicates you want to view all stores available to your security access on the tab.
