Defining the Alert Subscribers Use the Subscribers tab to define the subscribers that receive the alert. By default, the system sends the alert to whoever creates the alert. Send Alert Only to Me — Sends the alert to you. Send Alert to Other Subscribers — Sends the alert to a selected group of subscribers. When alerts are sent to subscribers, the wizard uses their security class to determine the stores to report. Use the arrow keys to move selected individuals to the ‘Subscriber Group.’ If ‘Base Stores Monitored...’ is cleared, the subscriber will receive alerts based on the access level of the person who created the alert. Subscriber Group — Contains a list of the subscriber groups you can access. Select a subscriber group from the drop-down list to update the ‘Subscribers included in the Subscriber Group’ list box. The Subscribers button allows you to create a new subscriber group. After clicking the Subscribers button, move the names to the Subscribers Group list using the arrow buttons. Base Stores Monitored on Subscribers’ Security — Select to have subscribers receive alerts for only the stores they can access. If you do not select ‘Base Stores Monitored on Subscriber’s Security,’ the subscriber will receive alerts based on your access level. After defining the subscribers, proceed to the Message tab.
