Viewing Member History

You can use the Aloha Loyalty Card Lookup to manage individual Aloha Loyalty accounts, such as the historical data about an individual member. You can also view the profile for an individual, adjust the bonus plan credit for a member, and view check level history.

When you want to view the data on an individual, use Aloha Loyalty Card Lookup. For example, a member calls you up and wants to know how close they are to a reward. You can get their Aloha Loyalty number and use Aloha Loyalty Card Lookup to view their totals. You can even print the report and offer to give it to the customer the next time they come to your store, and make adjustments, if they feel there is a discrepancy.
