Do Not Import Employee SSN
Indicates employee Social Security numbers do not display on employee reports in Reports Viewer or in Drilldown Viewer. Aloha Insight still polls the Social Security number, but does not store the number in the database. Select this option to hide Social Security numbers from employees with access to employee reports. You must select OK to confirm your selection.
‘Do Not Import Employee SSN’ affects the following reports:
If you are using a Social Security number as an employee ID on the ADP export file, it still appears on the ADP export file, because ADP obtains the employee ID number via the ‘Export ID’ text box in the Aloha Table Service or Quick Service software application > Maintenance > Labor > Employees.

Stored Value ACH Funds Transfer
The Aloha Stored Value ACH Funds Transfer options enable you to configure Aloha Stored Value to generate a transaction file to send to an ACH processor, such as RBS Lynk for fund distribution. These options appear only to companies licensed for Aloha Stored Value.
Send Daily Stored Value Sales/Redemptions File to ACH Network
Indicates you are sending a transaction file that contains your Aloha Stored Value sales and redemption to an ACH network to authorize for fund distribution.
Selecting ‘Send Daily Stored Value Sales/Redemptions File to ACH Network’ enables the ‘Provider’ drop-down list and ‘Financial Advisor’ drop-down list. You must have security rights to edit; otherwise, you receive a prompt indicating you do not have privileges. You need the ‘Enable Generation of Stored Value ACH Settlement File’ security right to have access to the ACH options. You can locate this security right in the Company Settings security rights in the Security Class Setup wizard.
Provider
Determines the ACH processor where Aloha Stored Value sends the transaction file. Select the ACH processor to use for fund distribution from the drop-down list.
Financial Authorizer
Indicates the designated financial authorizer for your company. The financial authorizer approves the merchant accounts for your company. When the merchant account number is entered in Site Setup, Aloha Stored Value generates an email to send to the person selected in the ‘Financial Authorizer’ drop-down list and a Merchant Account icon appears on their Aloha Insight home page the next time they log in to Aloha Insight. The financial authorizer is responsible for approving the store’s merchant account number entered in Site Setup. The financial authorizer verifies the number entered is correct and valid, before approving the merchant account; therefore, select a person that has access to your merchant account numbers
Select the financial authorizer from the drop-down list. The drop-down list contains a list of all users configured in User Setup. After selecting a financial authorizer and clicking save, the ‘Financial Authorizer’ drop-down list becomes unavailable.
