— Displays the method you use to calculate your Per Person Average (PPA). Select one of the following:
• First Ordered to Close Time— This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you add the first order to the check and when you close the check. This value is calculated as ((CloseHour * 60 + CloseMinute)) – ((FirstOrderHour * 60 + FirstOrderMinute)).
• First Ordered to Last Ordered — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you add the first order to the check and when you add the last order to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastOrderHour * 60) + LastOrderMinute)) – ((FirstOrderHour * 60) – FirstOrderMinute)).
• First Ordered to Last Payment — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you add the first order to the check and when you apply the last payment to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastPaymentHour * 60) + (LastPaymentMinute)) – ((FirstOrderHour * 60) – (FirstOrderMinute)).
• Last Ordered to Bump / Close Time — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you add the last order to the check and when the last order is bumped from the check. ((LastBumpHour * 60) + LastBumpMinute)) - ((LastOrderHour * 60) + (LastOrderMinute)).
If your store is not using a video system, such as Aloha Kitchen, then the time when you close the check will be used. This value is calculated as ((CloseHour * 60) + CloseMinute)) - ((LastOrderHour * 60) + (LastOrderMinute)).
• Last Ordered to Last Payment — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you add the last order to the check and when you apply the last payment to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastPaymentHour * 60) + (LastPaymentMinute)) – ((LastOrderHour * 60) + LastOrderMinute)).
• Open Time to Close Time — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you first open the check and when you close the check. This is calculated as ((CloseHour * 60) + (CloseMinute)) – ((OpenHour * 60) + OpenMinute)).
• Open Time to Last Ordered — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you first open the check and when you add the last order to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastOrderHour * 60) + (LastOrderMinute)) – ((OpenHour * 60) + (OpenMinute)).
• Open Time to Last Payment — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you first open the check and when you apply the last payment to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastPaymentHour * 60) + (LastPaymentMinute)) - ((OpenHour * 60) + OpenMinute)).
• Seat Time to Close Time (ProHost) — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you first seat the party and when you close the check. This value is calculated as ((CloseHour * 60) + CloseMinute)) – ((SeatHour * 60) + SeatMinute)).
• Seat Time to Last Ordered (ProHost) — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you first seat the party and when you add the last order to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastOrderHour * 60) + LastOrderMinute)) - ((SeatHour * 60) + SeatMinute)).
• Seat Time to Last Payment (ProHost) — This value is calculated as the time that elapses between when you first seat the party and when you apply the last payment to the check. This value is calculated as ((LastPaymentHour * 60) + LastPaymentMinute)) - ((SeatHour * 60) + SeatMinute)).
