Getting Started with Company Setup
The Company Setup wizard allows you to configure specific company settings, such as the master store, email address format, company calendar, fiscal periods, and much more. The settings in Company Setup are global, which means they apply to your entire company, and the information you enter is written to your company database. Settings, such as the days your stores close, may not be the same for all your stores; therefore, you can change these settings on an as needed basis for individual stores in Site Setup.
This section walks you through the following tasks:
Typically, your system administrator configures all settings in Company Setup. After configuring Company Setup, access User Setup and define who has access, or more importantly, who does not have access to Company Setup.
Your access and rights to the Company Setup wizard depend on your security settings, which are defined in User Setup within Aloha Insight.
