— Lists the custom reports created by all users within your company. You must have the ‘Show all Custom Reports’ security right to view all custom reports. For more information on security classes and rights, refer to Security Class Setup.Click View Properties to display the View Properties screen. Viewing the properties of a previously created report enables you to determine who created the report, the report style, and category where you can find the report.
1. Select the report to delete from the Report Name list in the Welcome to the Reports Builder wizard screen.
2. Click Delete. The Delete Custom Report screen appears.
3. Click OK to delete the selected report, or click Cancel to cancel deletion.
1. Select an existing report to copy from the Report Name list in the Welcome to the Reports Builder wizard screen.
2. Click Copy. The Copy Report screen appears.
3. Clear Active, if you do not want the selected report included in the list of active reports in Reports wizard.
4. Enter a unique name to identify the report.
5. Enter an optional description.
6. Select a report style.
7. Click OK to display the Security Class Selection screen and determine who has access to the report.
8. Add or remove security classes to the report, as needed.
9. Click Save. The Group Setup screen appears.
10. Add report groups and line items, as needed, to the newly copied report.
11. Click Done to return to the Welcome to the Reports Builder wizard, where the newly copied report now appears.
