Sales

The Sales data set enables you to analyze your key sales data. Data elements available in the Sales data set include Gross Sales, Net Sales, Guest Count, Check Average and PPA. Sales contains some of the following ‘group by levels’: Area, Store, Order Mode, Revenue Center, Check Detail, and more. Refer to the following table for a list of ‘group by levels’ associated with the data elements.

% Net Sales	The percentage of net sales from the selected group by to the grand total net sales. As an example, if “Area” is the selected group by, then net sales from the stores in each area will be divided by the net sales from all stores. Date	The date of the selected day of business.	Date

Net Sales	The total amount of item sales including order mode charges, less surcharges, inclusive tax, comps, and promos. NOTE: The formula can be changed by including or excluding comps and promos in Company Setup. Order Time	The time when the item was ordered on the check	Check Detail

Projected Sales Dollars	The total amount of projected sales for a specified time period. Projections are entered through the Sales Projection wizard.	Area, Region, Store Groups, Store, Date
