Stored Value/ACH The Stored Value/ACH data set enables Aloha Insight plus Stored Value customers to build drilldown tabs to view their Stored Value transaction data, such as Redemption Count, Redemption Dollars, Add Value Count, and Add Value Dollars. Stored Value/ACH contains some of the following ‘group by levels’: Area, Store, Series, Card Number, and more. Refer to the following table for a list of ‘group by levels’ associated with the data elements. Aloha Stored Value customers who use ACH can use the data set to view their ACH transaction data at the Merchant Account, Group ID, Transaction Type and Transaction Detail levels. Data elements available for ACH transactions include ACH Debit Transactions, ACH Credit Transactions, ACH Transmitted Count and ACH Rejected Count. Stored Value/ACH Data Elements Data Element Definition Group By Levels ACH Credit Transactions The total dollar amount of sales transactions. ACH Transaction ID, Merchant Account Number, ACH Group ID ACH Debit Transactions The total dollar amount of redemption transactions. ACH Transaction ID, Merchant Account Number, ACH Group ID ACH Fixed Transaction Count The number of ACH transactions in a fixed status. Date, ACH Transaction ID, ACH Transaction Type, Merchant Account Number, ACH Group ID ACH Group ID The RBS Lynk-provided group ID number associated with the card type. ACH Group ID ACH Rejected Transaction Count The number of ACH transactions in a rejected status. ACH Transaction ID, ACH Transaction Type, Merchant Account Number, ACH Group ID ACH Transaction ID The unique transaction identifier generated by Aloha Stored Value ACH. ACH Transaction ID ACH Transaction Status The status of the selected ACH transaction for the selected date. ACH Transaction ID ACH Transaction Type The debit and credit transactions transmitted to ACH. ACH Transaction Type ACH Transmitted Count The number of ACH transactions successfully transmitted. ACH Transaction Type, Merchant Account Number Amount The dollar amount of transactions by transaction type. Stored Value Transaction Type Area The area name, as configured in Aloha Insight. Area Count The count of transactions by transaction type. Stored Value Transaction Type Date The date of the selected day of business. Date eCRemote Transactions Type The type of Stored Value transactions processed via the eCRemote application, such as a purchase, add-value, redemption, etc. eCRemote Transaction Type Last Date Used The most recent transaction date by Stored Value card. Stored Value Number Loyalty Add Value Count The total count of Aloha Loyalty add-value reward transactions added to the balance of the gift card. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Loyalty Add Value Dollar The total dollar amount of Aloha Loyalty add-value reward transactions added to the balance of the gift card. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Merchant Account Number The number identifying the merchant account. Merchant Account Number Net ACH Transaction Amount The total dollar amount of both sales (credit) and redemption (debit) transactions. ACH Transaction ID, Merchant Account Number, ACH Group ID Redeem Expired Date The expiration date plus the number of days that the card can be redeemed after the expiration date, as defined in the Card Setup wizard. Stored Value Number Region The region name, as configured in Aloha Insight. Region Store Group The store group name, as configured in Aloha Insight. Store Group Store Name The store name, as configured in Aloha Insight. Store Stored Value Add Value Sales Count The total count of all add-value Stored Value transactions. Note: This count includes voided add-value transactions. An add-value transaction occurs when a card holder adds money to the value of their gift card. Add-value is only supported for those card types for which the feature is activated. Add-value is activated through the Stored Value Setup wizard. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Stored Value Add Value Sales Dollars The total amount of all add-value Stored Value transactions by selected card type (e.g., 10.00, 20.00). Note: This count includes voided add-value transactions. An add-value transaction occurs when a card holder adds moneys to the value of their gift card. Add-value is only supported for that card type for which the feature is activated. Add-value is activated through the Card Setup wizard. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Stored Value Balance Inquiry Transaction Count The total count of Stored Value balance inquiry transactions processed. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Stored Value Cash Back Dollars The total dollar amount of all cash given back to the guest. Note: This amount includes voided cash back transactions. The cash back dollars will only report for card types that have the remaining balance set to give cash back to guest upon redemption in the Card Setup wizard. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Stored Value Comp Count The total count of all comps applied to Stored Value. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date Stored Value Comp Dollars The total dollar amount of all comps applied to Stored Value. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date Stored Value Current Balance The current balance of the Stored Value on the selected date. The current balance is based on the most recent records processed, not on the selected date range. Stored Value Number Stored Value Manual adjustment Web Sale Dollars The total dollar amount of all adjustments made via the Insight Web site. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date, Stored Value Name, Stored Value Number Stored Value Manual Adjustments Amount The total adjustment dollar amount (either positive or negative) applied to the card. Stored Value Type Name Stored Value Promotion Count The total count of all promotions applied to gift cards. Area, Region, Store Group, Store, Date Stored Value Redemption Count The total count of all Stored Value cards redeemed. Note: This count includes voided redemption transactions. The unused balance will only report for card types that have the remaining balance set to not adjust the balance of the card or give cash back upon redemption in the Card Setup wizard.
