Labor with/without Wages The Labor without Wages and Labor with Wages data sets enable you to create drilldown tabs for labor and operational analysis. These data sets include Sales per Hour Worked, Sales per Labor Hour, Scheduled Labor Dollars %, and more. The Labor without Wages and Labor with Wages data sets contain the same data elements; however, Labor with Wages contains five more data elements that report wage data. Using the security rights provided for each of the data sets, you can provide access to sensitive wage information to only the people who need it. Labor with Wages contains the following additional data elements: • Overtime Pay Rate • Total Weeks Paid • Unpaid Break Hours • Year to Date Hours • Year to Date Pay Labor with/without Wages contains some of the following ‘group by levels’: Area, Store, Date, Employee Name, Employee Detail, and more.
