Sharing a Panel
Use the Sharing your Panel dialog box to share panels with other users. Only users with access to view shared panels have access to the panel. For example, if the security class that contains your store managers is able to view shared panels, they have access to the panel; however, if they can view shared panels, only information that their security class enables them to see is visible.
The type of panel you select, private or shared, determines the default option selected. Selecting a private panel defaults to the ‘Do not share this panel’ option and selecting a shared panel defaults to the ‘Share this panel’ option.
You can share your private panels with other users if you have the ‘Share Panels’ security right assigned to your security class.
Refer to Security Rights Related to Dynamic Drilldown Viewer for more information on security rights.
