Selecting a Subscriber

The Select a Subscriber screen enables you to send all alerts for a date, or send a specific alert group, alert sub-group, or alert message, to a subscriber group or an individual subscriber. The Select a Subscriber screen displays with all subscriber groups and users in the left list box.

There are two columns in each list box: Name and Type. The Name column identifies the name of an individual subscriber or name of the subscriber group. The Type column indicates whether it is a subscriber group or a user.

You can select either a subscriber group or an individual user in the left list box and move it to the right list box using the arrow.

To move all available users to the right list box click .

Show All Button

Click Show All to view all available users and groups available to receive the alert.

Show Users Button

Click Show Users to view only the users available to receive the alert.

Show Groups Button

Click Show Groups to view only the groups available to receive the alert.

Save Button

Click Save after selecting the users or groups to receive the alert.
