1. Select the PMIX item naming method from the drop-down list.
2. Select either List Modifiers with the Item Sold to display the modifier with each item or Exclude Zero Priced Menu Items and Modifiers to exclude menu items with a price of zero from all reports and in Drilldown Viewer. Check-level drilldowns display menu items with a price of zero, which allows you to see all items ordered on the check.
3. Select the appropriate consolidation options. Refer to the Sales Reporting Modules help for more information on consolidation options and the one best suited for your company.
4. Select the default format for your Crystal Reports from the ‘Default Crystal Report File Format’ drop-down list. The recommended format for your reports is Crystal Reports.
5. Select the default format for your Active Reports from the ‘Default Active Report File Format’ drop-down list. The recommended format for Active Reports is Adobe PDF.
6. Select Sales Categories to view all the sales categories in Drilldown Viewer; otherwise, click Selected Categories and choose the categories available in Drilldown Viewer.
7. Select Automatically Display Reports in the ‘Reports Viewer’ Application to automatically enable the ‘Reports Viewer Now’ option in Reports Viewer.
8. Select Automatically Display Reports on the Portal After Processing to automatically enable the ‘Automatically display report(s) after processing’ option on the Portal.
1. Click Sales Projections. The Projected Sales Setup wizard appears.
2. Select the number of weeks to use in the sales projection for your company.
4. Select the weight for each week you want to use in your projection. Weight is the percentage of importance you place on the week for your projection.
5. Continue selecting weights for each week in the projection until all weights equal 100 percent.
6. Select either Include in Calculation or Do Not Include in Calculation from the Zero/Null Handling drop-down list.
7. Click Save to return to the screen from which you started.
