Editing a Custom Report
The Edit button on the Welcome to Reports Builder wizard screen enables you to change the report settings, or change the line items.
To edit the name of the report:
1.
Select the report to edit from the Report Name list on the Welcome to the Reports Builder wizard screen.
2.
Click Edit to display the Group Setup screen.
3.
Click Report Properties.
4.
Type the new name of the report, if desired.
5.
Type a new description for the report, if desired.
6.
Select a new report style from the ‘Report Style’ drop-down list, if desired.
7.
Select a new report category from the ‘Report Category’ drop-down list, if desired.
8.
To edit a report group:
1.
Select the report to edit from the Report Name list on the Welcome to the Reports Builder wizard screen.
2.
Click Edit to display the Group Setup screen.
3.
Select the report group to edit.
4.
Click Edit to edit the report group.
5.
Type a new name for the report group, if desired.
To add a line item:
1.
Complete the steps in ‘To edit a report group.’
2.
Click Add to add a new line item to the report.
3.
Follow steps 7-14 of the Adding a Report Group and Line Item procedure on Adding a Custom Report.
