Configuring Line Item Options

Use the Line Item Options tab to select the specific line item for the report.

Line Item Name

— Specifies the name of the line item. Type the name of the line item in the ‘Line Item Name’ text box, for example, ‘Void Counts in Bar.’ You can enter a name up to 30 characters in length.

Line Item Option

— Select the category of the line item from the drop-down list. Each Line Item Option has a different set of line items associated with the option. The line items associated with the option display in the list box and an asterisk denotes a custom line item. Select one of the line items in the list box.

Display this Line Item as a Negative Item

— Displays the new line item as a negative value, rather than a positive value. This takes the whole number for the line item, and multiplies it by a negative 1.

Click the Advanced Options tab to customize a date range or create an exception rule for the line item.
