Searching for a Line Item

Locate line items by searching for specific criteria. The Search Text button, located on the Line Item Selection screen activates the Search feature.

To find a line item:

1.	Click Search Text on the Line Item Selection screen. The Find What? selection wizard appears.

2.	Enter the name to search in the text box.

3.	Select Find Whole Words Only to search only for the whole word, rather than an abbreviated form of the word.

4.	Click Search. The Line Item Selection screen displays, listing only line items that contain the entered text.

5.	The Search Text button now indicates the Search feature is active.

6.	Select categories from the ‘Line Item Options drop-down list to view other categories containing the text for which you searched. If the entered name is not found in a line item in another category, no other categories display in the drop-down list.

7.	Click Next to return to the Group Line Item Setup screen.
