Viewing Report Properties

Use the View Properties screen to view the individual report settings defined in the Custom Report Settings screen. Viewing the properties of a report is a quick way to find the category where the report resides. Additionally, you can view the following properties:

Property	Description
Active status	Displays the status of the report.
Name of the report	Displays the name of the report.
Description of the report	Displays the optional description of the report.
Report style	Displays the predefined style of the report.
Report category	Displays the category the report displays in Reports Viewer wizard.
Created by	Displays the name of the user who created the report.
Last modified	Displays the date the report was last modified or created, if the report has not been modified.
Modified by	Displays the name of the user who last modified the report.

Both active and inactive reports display in Reports Builder wizard.

The Reports Viewer wizard is a separate application that enables you to run, schedule, and export existing reports.

To view report properties:

1.	Select a report to view from the Report Name list on the Welcome to the Reports Builder wizard screen.

2.	Click View Properties. The Custom Report Settings screen appears.

3.	Click See Example to view an example of the report layout.

To modify the properties of the report, refer to Report Properties.

4.	Click Close Window when you are finished viewing the report example.

5.	Click OK, Back, or Cancel to close the View Properties screen and return to the Reports Builder Welcome screen.
