Assigning Stores to a Security Class

The Assign Stores screen enables you to select the stores the security class can access.

Allow access to Home Store only

— Indicates the security class can only access their home store. This is the home store assigned to the user in the User Account Setup application.

Allow access to Selected Stores

— Indicates the security class can access the stores in the ‘Assigned Store’ list box.

Unassigned Store

— Lists the stores not assigned to the selected security class.

Assigned Stores

— Lists the stores currently assigned to the selected security class.

Select a store in the ‘Unassigned Stores’ list box and use the arrows to move the store to the ‘Assigned Stores’ list box.

To select multiple stores, hold down Shift and click the first and last store. To select non-adjacent stores, hold down Ctrl and click one store at a time.

Assigning Regions to a Security Class

The Assign Regions screen enables you to select the regions the security class can access.

Allow access to Home Region only

— Indicates the security class can only access their home region. This is the home region assigned to the user in the User Account Setup application.

Allow access to Selected Regions

— Indicates the security class can access the regions in the ‘Assigned Region’ list box.

Unassigned Regions

— Lists the regions currently not assigned to the selected security class.

Assigned Regions

— Lists the regions currently assigned to the selected security class.

Select a region in the ‘Unassigned Regions’ list box and use the arrows to move the region to the ‘Assigned Regions’ list box.
