Assigning Stores Groups to a Security Class The Assign Stores Groups screen enables you to select the stores the security class can access. Allow access to Home Store Group only — Indicates the security class can only access their home store group. This is the home store group assigned to the user in the User Account Setup application. Allow access to Selected Store Groups — Indicates the security class can access the store groups in the ‘Assigned Store Group’ list box. Unassigned Store Groups — Lists the store groups not assigned to the selected security class. Assigned Store Groups — Lists the store groups currently assigned to the selected security class. Select a store group in the ‘Unassigned Store Groups’ list box and use the arrows to move the store group to the ‘Assigned Store Groups’ list box.
